Coital Alignment Technique – How and Why

Coital Alignment Technique is often claimed to be an effective way to speed up female orgasm and help to achieve simultaneous orgasm. In fact, for many women, this seems to be the only way for simultaneous orgasm during genital sexual intercourse (without fingering and licking).

These claims are not baseless. In fact, mechanically, the normal penis in-and-out thrusting is the most inefficient way to bring women to orgasm. This is because penis penetration brings little to no stimulation to sensitive clitoris and g spot, which hold the keys to female orgasm.

Coital Alignment Technique was designed by researchers who studied the required stimulation for female to reach orgasm (in addition to essential emotional attachment). After surveying a large number of females, the researchers came to the conclusion that clitoris stimulation is the most effective to bring female to orgasm. Such orgasm is better known as “clitoral orgasm”.

Coital Alignment Technique has been designed by making minimal change to the traditional missionary sexual position (guy on top). To maximize stimulation to the clitoris, a man align and rub the base of his penis and pubic bone to the female clitoris with the aim to maximize stimulation to the clitoris.

This can be done with with changing the normal penetration movement from horizontal to vertical. Instead of thrusting in and out with push and pull motion, up and down rocking is used. When the man lift his hip or body, the base of his penis will be in the position to rub against the clitoris (see picture below). On the other hand, when the man sink his body, his pubic bone will come into contact with the clitoris. As a result, the up and down rocking movement will constantly stimulate the clitoris and effectively help women to reach orgasm quickly.

A Guide of Coital Alignment Technique

The rocking up and down motion may seems a bit awkward when first practiced but it is easy to do once you get the right pace and rhythm that suite you. Female partner can also participate to magnify the stimulation.

Coital alignment technique is a proven way to bring female to clitoral orgasm. However, some argue that clitoral orgasm is not as profound as Virginal Orgasm. Studies have shown that virginal orgasm requires G-spot stimulation as opposed to clitoris stimulation in coital alignment technique. We have produced a Live Demo Video on G-spot stimulation. Due to the graphic nature of video, it is only available through our Private Mailing List.

Try out and compare the Coital Alignment Technique and G-spot stimulation for yourself! You will know which one is more enjoyable.
